Question about Nokia Streaming box 8000
In the settings, you can use "intelligent control" to directly select the TV for on/off and volume. This used to work fine, but recently the box keeps losing this setting and reverts to the default IPTV box. What could be the reason for this, or what can be done to ensure that this setting remains on TV?

Usually problems are caused by HDMI CEC/handshake issues or firmware errors of the Android TV, which causes the Nokia Streaming Box to forget the TV control and fall back to "IPTV Box". A complete reset of the CEC connection, including a powerless restart of the TV and box, should solve the problem.
