No, none is included. Since I imported from DE, I also ordered the 30W Google power supply.  
There is certainly an alternative, make sure that the power supply has at least 30W and the USB-C should also be able to transfer 30 watts. Contactless charging is also possible. I use the old Google Stand - it works without any problems.
