Is it possible to stream wired video (e.g. with a USB-C / HDMI cable) to my TV with the USB-C 2.0 port on the Xiaomi mi 11 ultra?

Yes it should work, the USB-C ports support this type of manipulation. You can also stream/cast to your TV via wi-fi.
