Is it possible to update ssd firmware on this dock? I have two identical ssd in my PC in raid1 and, as the firmware update is not possible when they are in raid, I would like to plug my ssd in turn into this dock to update the firmware.

Hi

I tested this briefly, and the SSD software (in my case Micron Storage Executive) recognised the SSD, I was able to query all settings and also upgrade the firmware successfully.

As MisterTux writes, it is the SSD software that has to find the right SSD. The hardware provides full access.
