Is it possible to use two sim cards plus the eSIM at the same time with the Redmi Note 14Pro+? So a triple SIM?

Unfortunately this is not possible! Only one physical and one eSIM, or 2 physical ones. I don't know of any mobile that can do this.

No, you can't do that. The eSIM is listed as the 2nd SIM. If you have already occupied this space,
the newly purchased eSIM will be installed there instead of the 2nd SIM.
