Is my assumption correct that the capacity is at 3.7V of the battery and not at 230V?
If the part had 23Ah at 230V, I would order 10,000 pieces at the normal price....
The capacity is related to the battery, so yes.
I don't understand the question? The capacitance remains the same no matter how fast the electrons fly out, right?
