Is the storage capacity really 64 GB? On the Apple site, there is only a 32 or 128 GB version. If there is also 64 GB, surely this version should also be available from Apple?

Yes, there were once 16GB, 32GB, 64GB and 128GB. Now, however, Apple itself only offers 32GB and 128GB in its shop. According to item number MLM62FD/A, this is actually the 64GB variant. You can google it yourself, Digitec is not the only provider.
