If these can be charged well with 65W / 3 A and you use good cables, it works with any device. However, there are also devices that take 140W.

New Apple devices with USB-C connection (iPhone 15 Pro and MacBook Pro M1 Pro) only charge at the 65 W output, but not at the 25 W output. Older iPhones (iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone SE 2020) also charge at the 25 W output. Other devices with USB-C connection charge without any problems on both USB-C outputs (e.g. hp laptop).
