There is no such thing as a special CH version, but this is the version that is sold in European countires, meaning that the power adapter is a two pin European one. You can install anything that is supported to be installed via Google Play Store on an Android TV box, please note not all programs that are available for e.g. smart phones are also compatible with Android TV (meaning that if you do not see the program in the Play Store, it would not be compatible with Android TV).
