it says here that it is USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 and further down it says 10000M/s transfer rate I had read that some of it doesn't fit, USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 can deliver a maximum of 5G/s somehow everything is mixed up here please provide more detailed information mfg

This question is not really relevant in everyday life. Reading at high speed is all well and good. But I would exercise caution when writing. These SSDs are so small and can get very warm. When I cloned the hard drive, I even considered whether I should connect a USB2 hub in between when writing. In the heat of the moment, I forgot to do this. The SSD survived :-)

My serious answer: it seems that the docking station supports both standards. USB 3.2 Gen 1 with 4.8 Gbits/s and USB 3.2 Gen 2 with 10 Gbits/s.
