It says that it has a memory of 256 gb. How much is actually available? Since quite a bit goes away

the freely available internal storage space is approx. 221.7 GB.

I don't have the device, but I have a phone with 256 GB of internal memory.
The Android system uses 21 GB for me - so 230 GB is realistic :)
Depending on the number of apps - a few single larger ones for me - they need around 17 GB :)
So you should have something over 200 GB free for sure :)
