I've had the item for just under a month now and what annoys me is that I have to place the mobile (with official Magsafe cover) 2-10 times at different angles in the charging location for it to charge. I didn't have this with another station. The Apple Watch also charges normally. Now my question: does anyone else also have this problem or could it be a defect?

Hello. I think it is a defect. I also have this item with the original protective cover and it charges at all angles.

I have little such problems with the charging station. I also have a Magsafe case on the iPhone. It charges in practically any position. So I would therefore suspect a defect.
