Do you think it's worth switching from an LG OLED 65 C1 to the Samsung OLED?

No, it's not worth it, because the LG OLEDs are already extremely good, Samsung TVs can't do Dolby Vision and never will, because Samsung doesn't want to support Dolby Vision (because of the few cents for the licence).
