Mine charges about one bar per day... (However, you have to switch on the powerbank to see the charge level, the charge level is shown by blue LEDs, and only one green LED lights up while I am charging. Maybe that's your problem).

Same behaviour with me. The powerbank only charges on the mains at a "somewhat acceptable" speed: a charging bar every 4..8 hours.

I would like to join the previous speaker (just under a year ago). I received it in the post today (11 am) and have been using it in daylight until now (7 pm), partly in direct sunlight, and it still shows a blue (!) bar. According to the Quick Guide, it should be charging, right? Can Galaxus perhaps comment on this? Or is it simply an operating error on my part?
