Netflix is not installed, when I install it from the Playstore and start it, it says "this version is not compatible with your device". Chromecast doesn't work either, and the stick can't be connected to Google Home. The stick is currently completely unusable for me.

I had similar problems with the stick and all the tips and tricks didn't help. - That's why I switched to the Nokia TV Box. - It works perfectly and I am very satisfied.

Could it be that no system update has been carried out yet?

I don't need the official store, but if so, the system update should help here.
