Now I have to wait a month for the phone I bought right after launch. They are also no longer available from the competition. The fact that Galaxus/Digitec still displayed "delivery 16.9" until the last moment borders on a joke, one should almost take legal action. A whole (!) month later, because of the greed and incompetence of Galaxus/Digitec. I'm going to delete my account, order no more here and recommend the same to all my friends. In Switzerland, this is a disgrace, shame on you!

If you knew how many orders come in at a launch like this...
It's simply not possible for the counter to be in real time. Neither at digitec, nor at anyone else. Nothing to do with Switzerland, btw.
But I also wish you good luck with the "competition". But I assume that you can no longer read this message, as your account has certainly already been deleted.
