Question(s) about the US version power supply: Is it possible to disconnect the power supply from the cable (does it have a USB port), or is it permanently connected to the cable? And does the power supply have a Lan cable connection like the Chromecast Ultra? So you could use an ordinary USB-C charger of a smartphone?

It is a normal USBC power supply, so you can use any USB power supply. However, digitec is obliged to supply a Swiss plug. If you don't find one, please return it. The Chromcast only has a USB C connection and HDMI. I am satisfied with the device.
