Suddenly, the mobile phone only displayed a blue screen. Rebooting to Recovery Mode and Safety Mode did nothing. Where can I ask for a replacement device? Passing by is not possible.

I had the same problem. Mainboard had to be replaced, luckily I still had warranty. Google "LG g3 mainboard blue screen".
