Support??? If you want to know what the support from the manufacturer is like, take a look at Facebook. I've been working for 10 days to get useful answers or even an open support case.

Yes, Cat's support, be it Twitter or whatever, is slow.
Fortunately, apart from the battery, there was nothing wrong with me.
Digitec or another company was responsible for that anyway. But it also took 2 weeks for the repair to be completed...
