The Huawei P30 Pro New Edition comes with Emui 10.1.0, security patch is from 1.4.2020. The "old" device, which is still in use, has Emui 12.0.0 as well as security patch level 1.02.2023. Why can't the New Edition be updated to the latest version? I get a message that the software is up to date. Help from the Huawei Community was not successful.
