The mobile phone was supposed to be delivered to me on Friday, 10.09.2021. Now the delivery status says "Unfortunately, the goods were not delivered to us on time. As soon as we receive an update from the supplier, it will be displayed here" --> my question, how long does the update normally take?

Answer

It was the same for me, on 26.10.20 it was supposed to arrive then I also got the same message, but on 11.11.20 the phone arrived without any notification.
So it's probably a coincidence when it was supposed to arrive.
