The transfer rate is not correct here either... 1200 MB/s is the maximum possible transfer rate of the SAS protocol!

Exactly - the 1200 MB/s refers only to the SAS-12G interface (theoretical bandwidth). The actual data rate of the Seagate Exos X18 (10 TB, SAS, CMR) is approx. 249 MB/s (sustained transfer rate). Anything above this is a protocol value, not the actual disc performance.
