This is a PD powerbank. Can it also replace a 19V/ 90W power supply with the right adapter? (Would like to be able to charge my UE Hyperboom with a powerbank). Thanks for the feedback

Hello. You cannot simply replace a power supply unit with a power bank. Then you have to take a powerbank with a power connection and you would also have to see what power it provides.
To be able to charge a device with the powerbank, your end device must support PD (Power Delivery) via USB C.
