Until now, I "only" had the Swisscom TV Box. There I can quickly switch from (e.g.) channel 1 to channel 234 using the number buttons on the remote control. How do I do this with this remote control without numbers?

This TV streamer has nothing to do with the Swisscom Box. It is connected to its own HDMI input and serves many streaming services such as Disney +, Netflix, Prime Video etc. See description. The most common streaming services are available as apps on your Swisscom Box and if they work to your satisfaction, you don't need this TV Box.
