What can I say? I ordered the device from Deutsche Telekom at the weekend and it arrived today. I wonder what's going wrong here. Of course, the cancellation here went out by return of post and I'll order the next one from somewhere else. What a shame!

I never received the iphone 14 pro from you, so two weeks later I ordered it directly from apple and still received it faster than from them. Next time I will order directly from apple.
