This can mean several things. Either a return from a customer (for whatever reason), a DOA (dead on arrival) device that was replaced for the customer and then repaired by the manufacturer or a device that was "on display" in the shop. It may also be that only the packaging is damaged. What exactly the deviation from the new device is, is always mentioned with the product (here it is slight signs of use). These deviations are also excluded from the guarantee - Important: The guarantee is only 12 months!
