QE50LS03 is the base model number and you cannot tell from this which region the software is designed for.

Here is the explanation of the model numbers as I got them from ChatGPT:

----

Understanding the model numbers of Samsung The Frame

Samsung's numbering system encodes different aspects of the TV:
- QE: Denotes a European model with QLED panel.
- 50: Indicates the screen size in inches.
- LS03: Stands for the series "The Frame".
- D: Indicates the model year (e.g. "D" for 2024).
- AU: Indicates the tuner type and region.
- XXH: Stands for the country or region code.

Using the QE50LS03DAUXXH model as an example, the breakdown is as follows
- QE: QLED model for Europe.
- 50: 50-inch screen size.
- LS03D: The Frame series, model year 2024.
- AUXXH: Regional and tuner specifications, with "XXH" indicating a model for Eastern European markets.

QE50LS03DAUXXH is the model intended for Eastern Europe. When setting up and configuring the TV, the Eastern European languages are listed first, but you can also find the other languages at the bottom of the list.
Apart from that, I haven't noticed much difference. However, I have to say that I only use streaming devices and don't have a direct cable connection. At best, there could be differences there that I can't comment on.
Everything works perfectly for my purposes.
