The only difference is that Samsung Pay will not be supported in Switzerland if you buy the DE version which is for Germany. When a phone is purchased elsewhere, or in this case purchased for another region, it is advisable to make up to 10 minutes of calls using a local sim card in that country to remove the region lock that Samsung has on its phones.

Apart from that, this model normally supports the following 4G bands that are supported in Switzerland:

B1 (2100), B2 (1900), B3 (1800), B4 (1700/2100 AWS 1), B5 (850), B7 (2600), B8 (900), B12 (700), B13 (700), B17 (700), B20 (800), B26 (850), B28 (700), B38 (TDD 2600), B39 (TDD 1900), B40 (TDD 2300), B41 (TDD 2500).
