I would also say 80W as specified. However, it should be noted that many appliances have an inrush current (peak inrush current) that is sometimes significantly higher (by factors). This is especially true for appliances with motors, such as hoovers, refrigerators with compressors, etc. Powerbanks can usually handle this quite poorly.

According to Spec:
Output (Volt/Ampere) : DC 5V/2.4A, DC 5V/3.0A, AC 220V/50Hz 80W

So: 80W. Unfortunately, a hoover is not possible ;-)
