When I put the Huawei P30 on the Fast Charger, the device flashes blue and green alternately and the battery is not really charged. We have already tried various other plugs, but unfortunately nothing has changed.

There are no problems with various iPhones and the Samsung S7. AirPods Pro also work without any problems. I would have the phone checked. I have two of these chargers and the previous model in use and there have never been any problems.
The power supply to feed the chargers must deliver at least 2.4 watts. I use a Multicharger that can supply up to 63 watts. The Anker PowerPort PD5 (63W).
