When using this variant, Samsung Pay and Samsung KNOX "may" have to be waived. Does that mean it has to or not? This device is excluded from all official promotions of the promoter Samsung Electronics Switzerland AG. Why is this so?

Samsung Pay is pre-installed on my phone and works perfectly. For non-CH phones, Samsung Wallet would have to be installed. Maybe the installation of Splashtop And-on Samsung Knox will help? Regarding promos, I would check the Galaxy Shop. It was already installed on my A33 5G.
