So I think you mean the update to 8.0 Oreo? Because the 7.0 Nougat update has been out for a long time for the A5 2017. If you mean the update to 8.0 Oreo, then it will still take a while. For Germany it is predicted for June. (Source: https://www.netzwelt.de/samsung-ga...) For the Swiss, this probably means waiting until the beginning of summer.
