Which operating system is the smartphone currently delivered with? Are Whatsapp,... already pre-installed?

EMUI based on Android 9, but will be updated to Android 10 these days:

Google Apps are pre-installed, but you have to install WhatsApp via Play Store (like on any other phone...?).
