Question about Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max

Why does Digitec/Galaxus actually offer obvious scalpers assistance in selling their massively overpriced items? Offering the 16 Pro Max for 2100 CHF?! Really now? A stop should be put to this, because 700 CHF above the RRP is already outrageous and borders on excessive greed/ripping off the listed alternative dealers! Digitec/Galaxus should also sanction suppliers who prefer to prioritise deliveries to scalpers instead of giving preference to a reputable retailer. It would probably also help to ensure that there would be far fewer hate comments/reviews that negatively affect the credibility of Digitec/Galaxus! I realise that Digitec/Galaxus can't help the postponements, but they can control which B2B suppliers they order from next time. Even B2B retailers will quickly change their negative behaviour if a big player like Digitec/Galaxus threatens to withdraw their support. In any case, I wouldn't mess around with Digitec/Galaxus, which accounts for a considerable proportion of online electronics sales in Switzerland alone! I hope the management of Dogitec/Galaxus reads this too. Because I think it's a shame when a good retailer loses its reputation due to obviously unreliable suppliers...
