Other USB-C cables also work for me. However, my notebook (HP) or the Powebank have trouble recognising whether charging or discharging is required. After plugging and unplugging 3-4 times it checks it. This problem does not occur with tablets or mobiles. So it might not be the cable, but a standard. Good luck!
