Question about Google Pixel 9a

Why is Galaxus selling a defective device with a misleading description? - A Pixel 9a was just discontinued today. Condition: Defective Function: Flawless functionality If the device is really defective, Galaxus is the wrong place in my opinion. There's Tutti or Ricardo for that. Amazon doesn't sell defective devices either.

The appliance has no functional defects. It works perfectly. The defects relate exclusively to the optical condition, in particular the display with several scratches.
