Why is the mobile phone sent in its original packaging in a box 40x50x10 cm without any padding? This can be damaged by knocks etc. when sent by post. This is incomprehensible from a company like Digitec! A power supply unit is also missing. The phone cannot be charged via USB-C with older chargers. What is the choice of power supply adapters?
Unfortunately have no answer on the choice of power supply/power adapter - but the same experience with shipping.
Smartphone was shipped in a (too big) cardboard box without padding - I was also (negatively) surprised.
