There is enough space at the front, but you have to make sure that the graphics card is not too long. Case says there is room for 371mm GPU... the water cooling is 55mm with fan and radiator so if the GPU is shorter than 316 +/- mm it should fit. But I don't know if it is possible to mount the fan in front of the frame (directly behind the front panel) and save some space...
