Hello, I have received the item, but it smells very bad... even after 5 days on the balcony I can't get rid of the smell. What can I do?
I had the same problem with the smell. After several weeks on the balcony and with plenty of Lenor fragrance beads, finally I could have my basket in the flat again.But always hin... the quality is very poor.So ...Better not order!!!!
Same here. Terrible stench. Over 3 weeks on the balcony plus spraying with Febreze didn't help. Reported it as defective and got my money back. The thing is now in the bin. Too bad.
It has never stunk in my home and has been there forever. I would send it back.
