Paid CHF 91.90 and sent back a few days later, receiving a credit note of CHF 78.81 from Galaxus! It's a pity that the customer should not have to bear the costs due to an advertisement error. What is the difference to the Cat Mate Elite?

Is the cat flap compatible with microchips implanted in cats?

If you would list the dimensions of the glass cut-out with the cat flaps so that one could also compare this before ordering, one would not have to open the original packaging or would not order incorrectly. These dimensions are missing on the CatMate Elite and many others. The flap in question is larger than the standard 21.2cm in the cut-out! Unfortunately it did not fit by 5mm. For this, 16.- deduction because it was unpacked, although the box was not taped shut, I don't know. I'll probably take pictures of how it arrives next time I order it, and in the event of a deduction, I'll seek legal recourse.

Is this Cat Mate Elite Selective cat door really selective? So the chip is read in BOTH directions? We are desperately looking for a large cat door where we want to allow ONLY ONE cat access to the outdoors and the other cat has to stay inside (e.g. overnight, one cat outside and the other inside). We would like to have the same functions as the Sureflap cat flap connect, just bigger ;-) We already own the pet flap connect, here the size would be ideal but unfortunately WITHOUT DUALSCAN...for whatever reason.... The information about cat flaps is so much easier to understand on the product box (cat drawing with symbol indicating microchip recognition or that i.d disc, dimensions of the hole in the wall or door). Pictures of the packaging would have allowed me to buy the right cat flap directly (which you also saw that Galaxus has everything :)
