Hello Doris With the Kitchenaid Titanium Chef you can prepare all kinds of dishes, doughs, etc. Kitchenaid has a very good service and usually always has additional parts and, above all, accessories for the appliances, as many of the food processors are also compatible with each other. Scratches and dents do not normally indicate that the appliance has been dropped. We often state this because it has already been removed from the packaging.

In our case, it came with a glass blender and the splash guard. On the other hand, only an EU plug without adapter.

Yes, it goes well. We also make plait every week with 1 kg of flour. According to the manual, up to max. 1.36 kg flour for XL up to max. 1.6 kg flour. The total weight is 2.18 and 2.56 kg (XL). We are very happy with this purchase. We also bought the Pro cutter, which is also recommended. Kind regards
