After La Cintura di Orione by Richard Sapper and Falstaf by Alessandro Mendini, Alessi has entrusted a designer of the youngest generation with the challenging task of inspiring the public's imagination and re-exploring the archaic continent of cookware. Stefano Giovannoni, whose style explicitly draws on a poetics of emotions, has impressively reinterpreted the ancient terracotta pots and conjured the warm coziness of familiar scents in large, rounded, and blessed pots with two handles, as Catullus sings, made from functional and practical stainless steel.
