When the pan exceeds 230 °C, the material temporarily demagnetizes until the temperature drops.
The plastic-free Ceratec™ non-stick coating provides excellent initial non-stick properties, even at very high temperatures. Free from PFAS.
Made from 100% recycled aluminum, which conducts heat very well; even the sides of the cookware warm the food.
The Energy Base innovation optimizes the pan's base for 50% faster heating, saving 30% energy on ceramic cooktops.

Dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to extend the product's lifespan.
