While the food finishes cooking in the elegant heat-retaining bowl, you can go for a jog, do some quick shopping, or simply concentrate on your guests. As soon as you invite them to the table, the food is ready. HOTPAN keeps the food deliciously fresh and warm for up to two hours. The airtight lid protects flavors, vitamins, and colors.

The food's own juices flow from the center of the lid back onto the food, protecting it from drying out (soft cooking method).

The stainless steel pot is suitable for all hob types, including induction.

The elegant heat-retaining bowl keeps food at the right temperature for up to two hours, for both hot and cold dishes.

The secret is to cook gently. The HOTPAN range of thermal cookware makes it possible to prepare healthy dishes without fat. It is the ingenious combination of saucepan and insulated bowl that makes the HOTPAN so practical. You only need to heat the food briefly, and it will finish cooking on its own in the HOTPAN. The food stays warm in the HOTPAN for up to two hours. This is not only very convenient but also very healthy. And best of all, you use 60% less energy.

Important note: 
Never place the heat-retaining bowl on the hob and never leave the HOTPAN empty on a hot hob. 

Never fill the heat-retaining bowl directly with hot liquids and only use it in combination with the HOTPAN cooking pot.
