The bulbous stainless steel blade combined with a handle made of blue-coloured beech wood is the striking feature of Opinel spread knives no. 117. The special blade shape makes it easy to spread butter, jam or cream cheese. As this type of knife is not sharpened, the risk of injury when using it is minimised. Do not clean in the dishwasher.
