For me, this pan has a height of 5cm. With the pan handle, the height is 6 cm.
I always grease the pan well before use and leave the meat, for example, for a relatively long time until it comes off by itself, then I turn it once. that works well. I also wash the pan only by hand with water and without soap, so that the patina can form after a while, which helps a lot that other foods don't stick so much. Meat, spaetzli and vegetables all go well, but hash browns stick anyway.

It has plenty of room on mine. I haven't baked any pizzas on it, but I have a stone for that. But I don't see what could go wrong. I always bake bread in a cast iron pot in the oven.

iron cast products are dishwasher safe but they are too heavy to place on racks. The dishwasher racks can get broken. Also it s important to dry them quickly after washing to prevent oxidation. Therefore handwash is advised for all iron cast products.
