About 11 kg. As we don't like having large appliances in the kitchen, we have placed this appliance on a shelf in the "utility room" next to the kitchen and take it into the kitchen when we use it. It's not an ideal solution, but you don't need it every day (although our youngest daughter needs it every day at the moment ;-) If you take the container out and store it separately, the appliance becomes a little lighter and a little easier to carry.

Yes, you can make protein ice cream with the Creami Deluxe by mixing protein powder into your base. On the Ninja website you will find additional protein recipes alongside the classic variants. A recipe book is included. You will receive a recipe booklet with inspiring ideas and step-by-step instructions for various ice cream creations.

Interesting questions. As they were asked in a funny and very open way; I think for people with hearing problems or deaf people, it is not loud. Also, the noise sensation is not the same for everyone but I wouldn't use it on a Sunday or at night if you live in a block of flats. The question is what you can do about what? That it's not so loud for you? Leave the room, cover your ears. If you want it to be quieter for the neighbours, there is a protective cover for the device that should make it quieter.

The fruit must be frozen in the appropriate container supplied with the machine before being used to make sorbets or other ice creams. Fruit cannot simply be placed in freezer bags and inserted directly into the bowl to be transformed into ice cream. The machine works by transforming a frozen base into its specific pitchers, which must be frozen for around 24 hours before being processed to obtain the desired texture (sorbet, ice cream, etc.).

The machine does not require a compressor. Instead, the containers must be pre-cooled in the freezer compartment before they are inserted into the machine. This is typical for ice cream machines without a compressor, which rely on pre-cooled containers to process the ingredients.

The ice cream maker is mainly designed for making ice cream, sorbet and other frozen desserts. Although it can chop frozen fruit, it is not specifically designed for making smoothies. For smoothies, other appliances such as blenders may be more suitable. However, the machine does offer a 'frozen drinks' function, which could potentially be used to crush frozen fruit to make a type of slushy or frozen drink.

The Ninja Creami Deluxe appliance requires the ingredients to be frozen before processing. It is not a typical ice cream machine with a compressor, but rather a powerful mixer that transforms frozen ingredients into ice cream, sorbet, gelato and other frozen treats. You must therefore freeze the ingredients in the freezer for at least 24 hours before you can process them in the appliance. This ensures that the appliance's sharp blades can efficiently transform the frozen ingredients into a creamy consistency.

Alexandra has commented that we do not offer accessories & spare parts. At the moment this is still the case, for accessories & spare parts it is best to enquire directly with the manufacturer.🫡
