Roborock S7 MaxV Plus
Robot vacuum
You can forget 4 cm, 2 cm at the most
It does not need a bag. You can just empty the container into the trash. But if you do want some, these should fit: Homava Dust Bag Roborock
I have 2 long-haired white cats and no problems.
Yes, everything fits. The wipe fits. This one doesn't necessarily need a dust bag, so I can't answer that. Only the "broom" in white looks a bit silly on the black appliance, but I think it also fits.
Yes, no problem.
As the product is currently on backorder, we unfortunately have no information on availability at the moment. :/
The 0.2 litre water tank is in the robot. With this version there is no water in the station, you would have to change to the Ultra version. The water tank must be refilled manually. For me, it is enough for 60 square metres of intensive mopping (needs the most water).
In this case I would do the following: 1. clean the vacuum cleaner properly, dust container and also the ducts up to there and look somewhere what is stuck, 2. check that all components are properly assembled. 3, 3. if the motor sounds tortured, as if it has to work without end and if it even gets hot, there seems to be something wrong with the unit. Either exchange the unit within the dealer's return period or wait and see what happens when you continue to use it, as there is still a 2-year warranty. That's how I would proceed, but I'm not an expert on robotic vacuum cleaners either. LG Rayk
The vacuum manages to go around the furniture as best it can. The laser has some small blind spots, so it can happen that it bumps into furniture. However, I have not yet experienced any damage as a result. However, I wouldn't put a valuable glass vase or other very fragile pieces on the floor just like that. For such delicate things, you can set up exclusion zones on the app. Then it won't suck there. The vacuum cleaner does not need light and can vacuum well in the dark. In the office, however, make sure that there are no loose cables hanging around or lying on the floor. The vacuum cleaner has a hard time with that.
Is it up to date? If it is, you should try connecting it to another wifi or router and see how it behaves. If nothing works I will say sav
Sorry. Can't say anything about it. I've only used it for dry vacuuming so far.
I don't know my way around. I am sorry
I don't think so, but there's a cheaper model just below it in white.
No, you can choose between different maps and thus use the robot on different floors, for example.
Hello I would have the robot rescan everything and clean the sensors.
The water flow when wiping can also be set in the app, I would set this to minimum. And yes, I would definitely extend the warranty to 5 years, because a robot hoover has a lot of mechanical parts. The additional warranty is highly recommended for robot hoovers.
The supplier's information sheet states 'Bagless' so you should not normally need a bag.
Can it be that not all the foils that are attached for protection during transport have been removed? I can only imagine that it is somehow stuck / jammed. In normal operation, it hardly needs the bumper anyway, thanks to the scanning with the camera...
Yes, it bypasses ours without any problems. They are recognised wonderfully.
just got done, could only see some questions and not all. Answer from earlier: 2 cm maximum
You can divide the flat into rooms as you wish and define via "routines" for each individual room whether it should be vacuumed, moped or both. Works reliably and without dripping.
Unfortunately, all hoovers with camera and 3D recognition have this problem when objects are not very high. The database in the robot probably has no idea what kind of toy object it is and if the objects are only a few centimetres high and very small and not very wide, it rattles over them. Unfortunately, the front bumper can't be triggered either because the little toy offers too little resistance. I would make sure that the latest firmware can be installed, because this is usually how you optimise your hoover. But you can only do that via the app. What else you could do, there is the option of displaying photos in the app of what it detects or thinks it detects. You could still see what detected or non-detected objects are mixed up with. However, you can also simply set up a prohibited zone in the app, where the track is usually located, and then he would drive around this zone.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same warranty period as the manufacturer. We have this problem with many products from this manufacturer, but we are always in discussion about this.
Unfortunately, we do not have any information on this yet. As soon as the product becomes available to us through our suppliers, we will be able to check a possible inclusion.
Every dealer is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. A suitable cable or adapter is therefore supplied. If this is missing, you can request it from the customer service.
