Can the pan withstand a pizza oven? (approx. 600 °C)
It's all iron, no coating, don't see a problem
It certainly does, never tried it myself. The melting point for iron is around 1500 degrees. Speaking of which, baking pizza at 600 degrees in an iron pan makes no sense, as the result will not be edible
