The terry fabric is produced using a circular knitting process without longitudinal seams and has excellent insulation properties. It provides warmth even when wet and in extremely cold temperatures. This thin functional underwear is designed to be worn directly against the skin as a moisture-wicking base layer. Woolpower products help maintain the body's thermal balance while also transporting sweat away. This thermal underwear offers optimal cold protection depending on the activity, in temperatures ranging from +10 °C to -20 °C. Ullfrotté Original consists of 80% air and is a knitted terry fabric, with one side being smooth and the other made of terry loops. The airy terry loops combined with the crimped structure of the wool create a jersey knit that traps a lot of air, resulting in very good insulation. The thicker the layer of air next to the body, the less body heat can escape.
